Michael Prince

VP & Director, Digital Engagement at ESL Federal Credit Union

ESL first welcomed Mike in 2016 as Retail Banking Sales Coach. In 2018, he assumed the role of District Manager, with oversight over the recruitment, management, and retention of talented Mangers, Relationship Bankers, and Tellers for ESL’s eastern branch district. In 2021, as ESL increased digital offerings, Mike rose to the position of Vice President/Director, Digital Engagement. In this role, he is responsible for advancing member engagement with digital products and services. This includes working with all member-facing teams to incorporate digital tools and services into the exceptional experience members have come to expect.

Mike graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and a master’s degree in business administration. He also is a graduate of the Consumer Bankers Association’s Executive Banking School.
