Shrm Katie Scott

Katie Scott is currently a Sr. Talent Business Partner at ESL Federal Credit Union since July 2006. In this role, Katie is responsible for developing, building, and maintaining an effective pipeline of key talent and management systems to attract and retain a diverse high-performance workforce. Katie also has experience as a Talent Management Recruiter, Member Service Representative, Adjunct Professor at The College at Brockport State University Of New York, and a Recruiting Intern at Paychex. Katie holds a Masters of Science in Human Resources Management from Nazareth University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology & Sociology from SUNY Brockport.
