Rasika Mehendaley

Rasika Mehendaley currently serves as a Senior Talent Business Partner at Evolent, a position held since June 2021, following experience as an HR Generalist in talent management. Prior to this, Rasika worked at TJSB Sahakari Bank Ltd from July 2015 to April 2019 as part of the Human Resources team. Early career experiences include a Management Intern role at Xoriant in May 2013, where performance management and employee engagement policies were benchmarked, and a Human Resources Intern position at Confluent News Network 18 in early 2012, responsible for maintaining the employee database.
