Per Grind is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the logistics and shipping industry, currently serving as Director of the Business Unit Handies at ESL Shipping Ltd since August 2025. Previously, Per held various leadership roles at A.P. Moller - Maersk from 2010 to 2025, including Head of Sales and Head of Retail & Lifestyle, showcasing a strong background in global account management and business development across the consumer retail and fashion sectors. With prior roles at Panalpina and APL Logistics, Per has consistently driven growth in both sales and client relationships, specializing in high-value segments such as luxury fashion and beauty. Per’s educational background includes a Master's degree in International Business from Linköping University and an ERASMUS program in Finance from Audencia.
