Dawn Welch

Dawn Welch, CAPM, currently serves as HRIS Manager at Esler Companies since February 2021, after holding the position of Senior HRIS Analyst. Prior to this role, Dawn gained extensive experience at TMNA Services as HRIS Analyst III from August 2013 to January 2021, where responsibilities included supporting multiple client groups and leading projects for Timekeeping and Absence Management systems. Dawn's previous positions include HRIS Analyst at Advance Central Services, Inc., HRIS and Compensation Analyst at Union Hospital of Cecil County, and HRIS Analyst at Sunoco. Dawn began a career at QVC, Inc. as an HRIS Supervisor. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Psychology from Saint Joseph's University and an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts from Delaware County Community College.
