Hector Mao

Hector Mao currently serves as Senior Chief Engineer at eslite 誠品, focusing on Retail AI since November 2023. Prior to this role, Hector was a Senior AI Engineer at Simplylive from August 2019 to November 2023, where significant contributions included leading the development of the e-Slomo product for real-time video processing. Hector also worked as a Deep Learning Engineer at Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) from December 2018 to August 2019, achieving a 20% improvement in license plate recognition accuracy.
