Laure Salducci

Laure Salducci is the Head of Human Resources and Organisation at ESM - European Stability Mechanism, with experience in overseeing HR functions, talent management, and HR legal matters. Laure also serves as the Practice Area Lead for employment matters, rewards, and HR information systems. Prior to ESM, Laure worked at ArcelorMittal as an International Assignment Coordinator and has experience in HR projects, compensation, and benefits at SPIE and international mobility at Thales. Laure holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from ESSEC Business School and has completed executive education at Wharton. Additionally, Laure has a background in Economics and Finance from Sciences Po Aix and has specialized in tax law in Luxembourg.
