The Leadership Team at the European Stability Mechanism (ESM) is responsible for setting the strategic direction and overseeing the overall operations of the organization. This team ensures the effective coordination between funding, investment relations, IT strategy, security, economic analysis, and communication efforts, thereby facilitating the ESM's mission to provide financial assistance to euro area Member States in times of crisis.
