Nathan Fenech is a seasoned professional in capital markets supervision currently serving as Deputy Head at the Malta Financial Services Authority, with over a decade of experience in various supervisory roles. Concurrently, Nathan chairs the DLT Working Group at the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) and holds several key positions within ESMA, including coordination of the DLT Pilot Task Force and membership in various working groups.
