Andrea Palou Grice

Andrea Palou Grice is a professional with a background in education and gender equality initiatives. Currently serving as Orientadora y preparadora laboral at Esment since March 2022, Andrea previously worked at Ayuntamiento de Calvià in the Servicio de Igualdad, where responsibilities included the development of the municipality's Equality Plan and promoting awareness regarding gender equality and violence. Additional experience includes a role as a Maestra at ESTUDI 6 GESTIO SOCIOEDUCATIVA SL and as an Ayudante de realización de material didáctico interactivo at Cooperativa Jovent. Andrea holds a degree in Pedagogía from Universitat de les Illes Balears and a Técnica Superior in Realización de Audiovisuales y Espectáculos from IES Juniper Serra.
