Andrew Douglas

Andrew Douglas has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Andrew began their career at Wells Fargo as a Customer Service Work Director, where they focused on delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the satisfaction of the Bank's customers. Andrew then joined Workiva, initially as a Customer Success Manager, where they acted as a direct point of contact for customers and collaborated with various teams to enhance product development. Later, Andrew transitioned to the role of Talent Acquisition Consultant at Workiva, where they specialized in recruiting top talent for the organization. After their tenure at Workiva, Andrew joined Vertex Software as a Recruiter, focusing on cloud-based 3D visualization and IoT collaboration. Most recently, they worked at Vermeer Corporation as a Talent Acquisition Lead, leading the talent acquisition team and supporting the corporate office and engineering teams. Currently, Andrew holds the position of Manager of Talent Acquisition at ESO.

Andrew Douglas attended Briar Cliff University from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Resource Management.
