Julie Ter Borg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Julie is currently working at ESO as the Manager of Customer Projects, overseeing the implementation of the Trauma Registry and managing a team of Customer Coordinators. Prior to this, they owned their own business called Julie Ellyn Designs, where they created handcrafted gemstone designs and gained recognition on TV shows. Additionally, they have held positions at Leidos as the Help Desk Manager for the Emergency Management and Modernization Program, at SAIC as the First Responder Equipment Design Lead/Product Line Manager and as a Biomedical Scientist, at Battelle as a Research Scientist in Medical Readiness and Response, and at Northrop Grumman IT Health Solutions and Services as the Technical Manager of Research and Epidemiology. In these roles, they managed various projects and provided expertise in areas such as emergency operations, public health, epidemiology, and tobacco control.
Julie Ter Borg received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from the University of Virginia from 1993 to 1997. From 1997 to 1999, they pursued their Master of Public Health (MPH) degree at Emory University.
