Katie Tellez

Katie Tellez's work experience includes various roles and responsibilities in different companies. Katie started their career in 2012 as a Realtor at Urban Squared Realty. In 2013, they joined Windsor Communities as a Concierge and later became the Concierge Manager. Their responsibilities included managing the front desk, scheduling, inventory control, recruitment and training, and assisting residents with their needs.

In 2018, Katie joined Takao Home Team as a Marketing Manager, where they handled all aspects of marketing, including building a social media presence and creating content for the website and social media platforms. Katie also assisted with marketing real estate transactions.

Katie also worked as a Freelance Photographer at The KOCO, providing personalized photography services such as portraits, corporate headshots, lifestyle, and family photography in Austin, TX.

From 2018 onwards, they joined ESO as a Technical Support Analyst I and later as an Integration Engineer. In their roles, they provided technical support for a SaaS B2B product, triaged customer support cases, and collaborated with engineering and product teams to resolve technical issues. As an Integration Engineer, they were responsible for designing, configuring, testing, implementing, and supporting all interface and data integration activities. Katie also led high-priority customer integrations and provided training to the support team.

Throughout their work experience, Katie demonstrated strong technical and troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Katie Tellez completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Painting and Printmaking at San Diego State University from 2004 to 2009. Prior to attending university, they attended Yuba City High School from 2000 to 2004, focusing on general education. In addition to their formal education, Katie has obtained a certification in Google Analytics for Business from Google Analytics in January 2018. Katie is currently in progress of obtaining a certification as a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner from Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® (FDN). Furthermore, Katie has a certification in Real Estate, although the institution from which they obtained it is not specified.
