Mark H. Lewis Jr. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles.

Starting in 2004, they worked as a Technician at Anything Computers until 2005. From 2005 to 2009, they served as an IT Operations Specialist at HD Publishing Group, where they diagnosed, repaired, and maintained computer systems, and developed web-based applications to optimize operational processes.

In 2010, Mark joined Intellifuel Systems, Inc. as a Senior Network and Systems Administrator before being promoted to Director of Information Technology in 2016. Mark H. held this position until September 2016. Mark H. then moved on to PDI Software in 2016, where they started as a Network Administrator and eventually became Director of Information Technology. Their responsibilities at PDI evolved over the years, and they oversaw a global network, managed data center operations, and led teams responsible for over 1500 employees across multiple countries.

Since 2021, Mark has been working at ESO. Initially, they served as a Systems Engineer/Site Reliability Engineer, then transitioned to the role of DevOps Engineer. Currently, they hold the position of Site Reliability Engineer.

Mark H. Lewis Jr. began their education at Deland High School, where they earned their high school diploma from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Mark H. Lewis Jr. has also obtained several certifications. In 2009, they earned the CompTIA Linux+ certification from CompTIA. Mark H. later achieved the Barracuda NextGen Firewall F Certified Engineer certification from Barracuda in December 2017. Furthermore, Mark has indicated their interest in obtaining the Linux Foundation Certified System Administrator certification, although the specific month and year of completion are unknown.
