Nana Gyamfi

Nana Gyamfi has a strong background in software and technical support roles. In 2004, they began their career at Regulus, where they worked as a Computer Operations and Preprocessing specialist, monitoring unix production computer systems and troubleshooting with client data centers. In 2007, they moved to UPS Corporate Billing Site as a Software Programmer, writing code in Oracle SQL and designing and updating databases. From 2008 to 2015, Nana worked at ADP as a Configuration Analyst, managing project plans and timelines, gathering client requirements, and configuring and troubleshooting ADP's benefits website. Nana then joined Palmer Group in 2015 as a Business Configuration Analyst, before transitioning to ESO Solutions in 2018 as a Technical Support Analyst and later as a Software Support Analyst.

Nana Gyamfi attended Iowa State University from 1992 to 1994, studying Computer Science.
