Neil Ho has a diverse work experience in the field of Information Technology. Neil started their career as an IT Support Technician at TEKsystems in November 2020, where they were responsible for setting up computers, printers, and troubleshooting various devices. Neil later joined AT&T as a Sales Associate in December 2020, demonstrating their ability to troubleshoot devices and provide tailored solutions to customers. In June 2021, Neil worked as a Network Analyst at Graphic Trends, Inc., where they conducted network scans, identified vulnerabilities, and suggested security improvements. From August 2021 to June 2022, Neil worked as an IT Coordinator at Charter Tech Services, where they provided Google administration, tailored solutions to staff members' technology needs, and conducted technology training. Currently, they are working as an Information Technology Support Analyst at ESO since June 2022.

Neil Ho attended California State University, Long Beach from 2020 to 2021. During this time, they studied Cyber security and did not receive a degree.
