Amila Bandara

Mr. Amila Bandara, having over 20 years of experience in well-established academic and business industries is an expert in several capacities involving Lecturing, Operations Management and General Management.

He pursued his Master’s in Business Administration from Rajarata University of Sri Lanka and is a member of the Computer Society of Sri Lanka (CSSL), Institute of Certified Professional Managers (CPM), Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) USA, British Computer Society (BCS) and Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET).

He has also held may honorary positions in the Education industry and presently serves as the Vice President of the Education Chapter – Federation of Information Technology Sri Lanka (FITIS). He also served as the Secretary of the Federation of Information Technology Sri Lanka, and an Executive Committee Member of the Institute of Certified Professional Managers. He similarly Co-chaired ‘INFOTEL-2017’ which is the biggest ICT Exhibition in Sri Lanka organized by the Federation of Information Technology.

Currently Mr. Bandara serves as the General Manager – Business Development by driving the ESOFT Group of Companies’ overall business development strategies and new product advancements in order to fulfil the corporate objectives.
