Lena Adler

Lena Adler has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lena began their career in 2012 as a Sales Assistant at PANDORA A/S and later worked as a Sales Assistant at Magasin du Nord.

In 2014, Lena joined EDC Kjær og Co. where they initially worked as a Sales Trainee and later transitioned to the role of Real Estate Agent. Lena also served as a Student Assistant in Business Operations, providing all-round support.

In 2018, Lena joined Esoft and held various positions within the company. Lena started as a Process Consultant & Executive Assistant, responsible for documenting and optimizing existing processes across different business units. Lena then became a Business Process Consultant - Esoft Group, focusing on improving processes for customers and employees. Lena eventually took on the role of Group Business Partner, where they worked on process optimization and efficiency improvement at a strategic level. Lena'slast role at Esoft was as a Nordic Business Partner.

In 2021, Lena joined Esoft Danmark as the Head of Operations, overseeing operational aspects of the business.

Currently, Lena is working as a Management Business Partner - Retail Nordic at Esoft, a position they have held since 2022.

Lena Adler's education history is as follows:

From 2016 to 2018, Lena attended Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Management and Leadership. Lena'sfield of study was "Cand. Merc i Stryring og Ledelse."

From 2011 to 2015, Lena attended Erhvervsakademiet Lillebælt (EAL) and earned a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management and Service. Lena'sfield of study was "Finans."

In 2012, Lena studied as an exchange student at Shanghai Finance University for one semester. Lena pursued a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management during their time there.

Earlier, from 2007 to 2010, Lena attended Odense Katedralskole and completed their STX (Studenterhestereksamen) degree. Lena'sfield of study included mathematics, physics, and chemistry.

In addition to their formal education, Lena has obtained two certifications. In September 2015, they earned the "Ejendomsmægler" certification from Erhvervsstyrelsen. Lena also became a member of Dansk Ejendomsmæglerforening MDE (Danish Association of Estate Agents) in September 2015.
