Luc Mongeau

Luc Mongeau's work experience includes serving as the President and CEO of eSolutions Furniture and Bush Furniture since 2022. Prior to this, they were the President of Weston Foods from 2017 to 2022, where they were responsible for strategic re-alignment and operational leadership of a $2 billion North American bakery. From 1998 to 2012, Luc held various roles at Mars Petcare North America, including President, VP Supply-Chain, National Sales Director, Marketing Director, and Brand Manager/Senior Brand Manager. Luc started their career as an Assistant Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble in 1997 and worked as a Start-Up Consultant at Progestion from 1992 to 1993.

Luc Mongeau has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Ivey Business School at Western University, a B sc in Business from Université de Sherbrooke, and attended Harvard Business School for an Advanced Executive Program. Luc also attended Seminaire de Sherbrooke for their college education. Additionally, they completed a program at Harvard Business School in 2011.
