Archita Goyal

Archita Goyal has been in the recruitment industry since 2010. In 2010, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Management Consultancy Services, where they handled end-to-end recruitment processes. Archita also worked as a Management Trainee at Vedanta Resources Plc, where they set up HR operations in a new plant. In 2011, they joined KPMG as an Analyst - Sourcing Specialist for UK & India RPO. Archita was responsible for sourcing potential talent in the UK from job boards and social networking sites. In 2013, they joined Pontoon Solutions - Adecco Group as a Talent Research Consultant for APAC, where they were responsible for pre and post recruitment activities. Currently, they are working as a Recruiter at eSolutionsFirst since 2022.

Archita Goyal completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing and Finance from SRM University in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained their B.Com in Commerce from G.D. Girls College, Rajasthan in 2007.
