Carmen Sofia Bruni Celli began their career in 1993 as Gerente de Proyectos Especiales at the Consejo Nacional de Promoción de Inversiones (CONAPRI). From 1996 to 1997, they worked as a freelance consultant, preparing a proposal for an educational study. In 2001, they became Gerente Administrativo at Grupo KAWI, responsible for twelve Centers of Connections in Venezuela. From 2005 to 2012, they worked at Salud Chacao, first as Jefe División de Mantenimiento y Servicios, then as Jefe División de Administración and Encargado, and finally as Asesor en Sistemas. Finally, from 2012 to present, they have been working at Esource Capital, first as Customer Experience Director and then as Customer Success Team Leader.

Carmen Sofia Bruni Celli completed their education history beginning with a degree in SISTEMAS from Universidad Metropolitana (VE) from 1985 to 1989. Carmen Sofia then earned a Magister in Administracion from IESA from 1991 to 1993. In 2004 to 2005, they earned a Certificado in Social Research / Investigacion Social from American University. Lastly, they earned an Especializacion in Responsabilidad Social Empresarial from Universidad Metropolitana (VE) in 2012.
