Nissa Issac has extensive experience in service delivery and management roles with a focus on customer accounts in the technology and aviation industries. Nissa has held positions such as Head of Service Delivery ITO, Senior Service Delivery Manager, and Service Delivery Manager at ESP Global Services, as well as Service Delivery Manager and Service Delivery Executive at Tangoe Europe. Earlier in their career, they served as a Fleet Management Executive at Singapore Airlines, where they were responsible for managing a key customer account for aircraft fleet planning and maintenance.
Nissa Issac completed their A Levels at Temasek Junior College from 2002 to 2004. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Chemical Engineering at the National University of Singapore from 2004 to 2008.
