Mike Pickering

Mike Pickering is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and management. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at ESP International since April 2018, Mike has also contributed significantly to First Federal Credit Union as the Chairperson of the Board since January 2005. Previous roles include Account Manager at SMC from December 2015 to April 2018, Marketing Director at Kinetic Management, LLC from December 2012 to December 2015, and Product Manager at P&K Midwest from October 2008 to December 2012. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Northern Iowa, earned between 1987 and 1991.
