Hubert Patrignani

Hubert Patrignani is an experienced professional in the field of construction and project management, currently serving as Responsable de programmes Accession at Espacil since August 2017. Responsibilities include developing activities related to feasibility studies and managing a portfolio of demolition and new construction operations in Loire-Atlantique, with a focus on comprehensive project administration, technical coordination, and stakeholder management. Prior to this, Hubert held the position of Responsable de programmes at Élogie-Siemp from November 2010 to July 2017, overseeing similar projects in Paris, managing all phases from initial design to project delivery. Hubert holds a degree in Building Engineering from the Ecole spéciale des Travaux publics, du Bâtiment et de l'Industrie and a Mastère Spécialisé in Business Performance Management from ESCP Business School.
