Luanne Lord

Luanne (Ryan) Lord has extensive experience in quality management, most recently serving as a Quality Supervisor at ESPEC North America since September 2017, and previously as a Quality Manager at Trendway Corporation from October 1979 to July 2016. In the role at Trendway Corporation, Luanne was responsible for overseeing quality management for a workforce of 350 employees, which included managing quality PPMs, corrective actions, compliance with ISO 9001 standards, return material requests, shipping graphs, calibration requirements, and facilitating monthly team goal review meetings. Luanne holds a degree from Baker College of Muskegon.
