Isaac Sánchez Barrera

Isaac Sánchez Barrera has work experience as a Software Engineer at Esperanto Technologies, Inc since June 2021. Previously, they worked as a PhD student at Barcelona Supercomputing Center from September 2016 to May 2021. During their time at Barcelona Supercomputing Center, they were also involved in a 5-year research project called Riding on Moore's Law (RoMoL) funded by an ERC Advanced Grant. Additionally, they worked as a Student at RoMoL from April 2015 to August 2016. Isaac also had experience as a Visiting PhD student at Uppsala University from June 2019 to August 2019.

Isaac Sánchez Barrera began their education in 2010 at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics. Alongside their studies in mathematics, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering at the same institution. Isaac successfully completed both degrees in 2015 and received their own title in Higher Interdisciplinary Engineering from CFIS-UPC during the same year.

In 2015, Isaac furthered their education at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya by pursuing a Master's degree in Mathematics, which they completed in 2016. Following their Master's degree, Isaac continued their studies at the same institution and pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Computer Architecture. Isaac'sPh.D. program started in 2016 and is expected to conclude in 2022.
