Anna Perkins

Anna Perkins, LCSW, is a skilled behavioral health consultant and supervisor with extensive experience in substance use disorder care management. Since June 2020, Anna has worked at Esperanza Health Center, focusing on patient-centered support and the development of individualized care management plans. Prior to this role, Anna served as a case manager at The Salvation Army, providing comprehensive support to survivors of commercial sexual exploitation and addressing behavioral health challenges. Anna also has experience from Resources for Human Development, where trauma-informed case management was emphasized for emergency shelter residents. Earlier, as a clinical intern at theVillage 1877, Anna facilitated therapeutic groups and provided individual therapy to adolescents. Anna holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Divinity from Eastern University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Taylor University.
