Crystal Knight

Crystal Knight, MBA has a strong background in Human Resources, with experience in talent acquisition and retention, staff development, mediation, conflict resolution, benefits and compensation, HR records management, HR policies development and legal compliance, and payroll. Crystal worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Esperanza Inc. starting in February 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Communities In Schools of Philadelphia, Inc. from July 1996 to October 2018. Crystal also has experience as a Youth Pastor at Ford Memorial Temple Inc. from 1992 to 2002, and as an Operations Accountant at First Fidelity Bank from August 1986 to March 1996.

Crystal Knight, MBA has a strong educational background with degrees and certificates from various institutions. In 1989, they completed their Associates Degree in Accounting at the Community College of Philadelphia. Crystal then pursued their Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management at Geneva College, graduating in 2002. Following this, Crystal obtained their MBA from the University of Phoenix between 2008 and 2010.

Demonstrating their commitment to continuous learning, Crystal earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Theology/Theological Studies from Liberty University from 2011 to 2014. Later, in 2018, they completed a Graduate Certificate in Public Administration from the same institution.

Throughout their education history, Crystal has pursued a diverse range of subjects, including accounting, business administration, human resources management, theology, and public administration.
