Jennifer Gilroy, PMP, BRMP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Mary Baldwin University. In addition to their academic background, they have acquired several certifications in various fields. Jennifer obtained the Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP) certification from the Business Relationship Management Institute (BRM Institute) in 2018. In 2017, they also became a member of the Regulatory Affairs Certification Program (RAPS). Jennifer is also a certified COBIT Foundation professional through ISACA and holds an ITIL Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Jennifer has further expertise in IT Release, Control, and Validation through their ITIL Intermediate certification. Lastly, Jennifer is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute.
