Jake Nikota is a Senior Scientist at Esphera SynBio Inc since January 2023, previously serving in a similar role at Turnstone Biologics from November 2016 to January 2023. At Turnstone, Jake led the development of a novel Tumor Infiltrating Lymphocyte (TIL) therapy manufacturing process and conducted in vitro characterization of oncolytic viruses, managing a team of six.
