Indu Shakya

Indu Shakya has worked as a Senior System Engineer at Espire Infolabs since July 2022. Prior to that, they held a position as a Software Analyst at Capgemini from July 2019 to July 2022.

Indu Shakya began their education at GLA University in 2017, where they pursued a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) with a focus on Computer Software Engineering. Indu completed their degree in 2019. In 2021, they enrolled in Coursera and obtained the Google IT Specialist Professional certificate, specializing in IT Support. The following year, in 2022, Indu returned to GLA University to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Information Technology Project Management, which is currently ongoing. Indu also holds a number of additional certifications, including being certified as a Microsoft 365 Fundamentals professional by Microsoft in April 2023. In June 2022, they obtained the Google IT Support Professional certificate from Google, along with the System Administration and IT Infrastructure Services certification from Google Digital Academy. Additionally, Indu has certifications in Customer Delight from Capgemini, ITIL Yellow Belt from Degreed, and Agile Software Development from Coursera. Indu has also completed courses such as The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking and Technical Support Fundamentals offered by Google. Furthermore, they have been recognized as a Top Performer and Star Performer by Capgemini for their strong business performance.
