Experience spans various organizations such as Guavus, GlobalLogic, Smart Chip Limited/Syscom Corporation Limited, and Best Infosystems Ltd, where Rajeev excelled in talent acquisition, achieving notable awards for performance and successfully implementing social hiring strategies. Rajeev holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a B.Sc. in Information Technology from Kuvempu Vishwavidyanilaya.
