Ky Nguyen

Ky Nguyen is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Head of Global Talent Acquisition at VNG Games since June 2023. Previously, Ky held the position of Global Human Resources Manager at an IT Outsourcing Company from February 2022 to June 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as HR & Branding Manager and APAC Talent Acquisition Manager at VNG, where Ky was instrumental in regional and global expansion efforts, focusing on talent attraction and market insights across Southeast Asia and LATAM. Additional experience encompasses an Account Manager role at HR2B, specializing in business development and client relations, as well as an HR Intern position at Lazada. Ky holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from HCM University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
