Somnath Dey

Somnath Dey has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Somnath began their career in 2004 as a Team Leader at Caps Vision India Consultants, where they were responsible for client handling and team delivery. In 2006, they joined ProVal Technologies as an Account Manager before moving on to Nucleus Software Exports Ltd. in 2008, where they served as an HR Executive.

Somnath joined Espire Infolabs in 2010 and held multiple roles within the Talent Acquisition Group. Somnath started as an Assistant Manager-Talent Acquisition and was responsible for global recruitment activities. In 2012, they were promoted to Manager - Talent Acquisition Group and headed the Resourcing function. Somnath stayed with Espire Infolabs until 2014 and then joined R Systems as a Manager in the Resource Management Group.

In 2016, Somnath returned to Espire Infolabs as a Senior Manager in Talent Acquisition. Somnath later became an Associate Director in the TAG department, a position they held until December 2021. Currently, they are the Director of Talent Acquisition at Espire Infolabs, a role they assumed in January 2022.

Throughout their career, Somnath has gained extensive experience in talent acquisition, resource management, and client handling.

Somnath Dey pursued their education from 1986 to 1997 at Anand Academy, where they did not obtain a specific degree or field of study. Later, from 2002 to 2004, they attended New Delhi Institute of Management and achieved a PGDBM degree in Management.
