Steven Charles Reel has held various roles throughout their work experience. Steven Charles started as an HVAC Foreman at KBR in 2008. Steven Charles later joined Fluor Daniel as an HVAC AO (District) Superintendent, where they managed and oversaw HVAC/O&M Support operations for seven bases. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Contracts Maintenance Manager at J&J / Quality Services, where they scheduled, coordinated, and managed vendors and subcontracts for facility maintenance. Reel then worked as a Site Manager/DPW Senior Coordinator at Fluor Corporation from 2017 to 2019, overseeing basic life support, managing operations, and ensuring compliance with contracts. At PAE, from 2019 to 2021, they served as an HVAC Supervisor/Site Management (Backup), providing leadership and oversight for operations and maintenance of HVAC systems. Steven Charles returned to Fluor Corporation in 2021 as a Site Manager, responsible for overseeing project compliance, subcontractor performance, and support services. Currently, Reel is employed as a Facilities Manager at Espire Services.

Steven Charles Reel attended Kent State University from 1992 to 1996, where they pursued a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General. Steven Charles then enrolled at West Institute of Technology from 1995 to 1997, earning an Associate's degree in Environmental Engineering Technology/Environmental Technology. In addition, in April 1996, they obtained the EPA Section 608 Certification from Ferris State University.
