Felipe Valderrama Ronco

Felipe Valderrama Ronco has a robust background in management consulting and process transformation, currently serving as Líder de Transformación y Procesos at Espol S.A. since September 2022, alongside an interim role leading the IT team. Additionally, since August 2022, Felipe has been an Advisor de Innovación Abierta for the Open Innovation Platform - Ennomotive. Felipe's previous experience includes over six years as Gerente Experimentado at Paradigma Sociedad de Soluciones, focusing on business development and executing management consulting projects in Chile. Prior to this, Felipe held several roles at Accenture from 2005 to 2016, culminating as Management Consulting Manager, where responsibilities included change management and process management.
