Rafaela Peixoto

Rafaela Peixoto is a finance professional with extensive experience in operational finance and performance analysis. Currently serving as a financial specialist at Esporte Clube Bahia since March 2024, Rafaela previously held the position of Operations Finance Lead at DUX® Nutrition Lab, where responsibilities included budget management and operational efficiency strategies. Prior experience includes a role as a Finance Analyst at McKinsey & Company, overseeing budget processes for LATAM and contributing to the implementation of SAP analytics cloud. At Anglo American, Rafaela was involved in preparing executive financial packages and ensuring compliance with strategic reporting across global operations. Rafaela holds a degree in Accounting from PUC Minas and a technical degree in Business Administration from Escola do Sebrae.
