Lais Helena Pinheiro Lima

Lais Helena Pinheiro Lima is a distinguished professional in the fields of fitness and dance education, currently serving as the Coordinator of the postgraduate program in Dance and Movement at Centro Universitário Católico Italo Brasileiro since July 2024. With a long-standing association with Esporte Clube Pinheiros since 1987, Lais has held multiple roles, including personal trainer and counselor on the board, contributing significantly to sports governance and policy. Lais also works as a research assistant at Prevent Senior and has been a director at CEDAB since 1987, focusing on the pedagogical and methodological aspects of dance education. As an educator, Lais has taught at several universities, leading undergraduate and postgraduate courses, and has contributed to the development of technical studies in dance through various roles, including directing and teaching at multiple dance institutions. Lais holds a master's degree in Physical Education from the Escola de Educacao Fisica e Esportes da Universidade de Sao Paulo.
