Haley Broadway, CTA has a diverse range of work experience in event planning and coordination. Haley most recently served as an Event Operations Manager at Esports Engine, where they managed the operations of various esports events. Prior to this, Haley worked as an Associate Manager of Event Operations at the same company.

Haley Broadway, CTA holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education and Human Development with a focus on Tourism, Leisure, and Event Planning, which they obtained from Bowling Green State University from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned another Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Muskingum University. Haley also holds the Certified Tourism Ambassador™ (CTA) certification, which they obtained from the Certified Tourism Ambassador™ (CTA) Program in December 2017.
