Nadirah B. has a diverse range of work experience, spanning multiple industries and roles. Nadirah began their career in 2001 as a Security personnel at Shampoo Night Club, where they worked until 2009. Nadirah then joined Comcast where they held various customer service and technical support roles, including Online Customer Account Executive and Advanced Technical Support. Nadirah left Comcast in 2011 and joined Time Advantage as a Software Support Technician, staying with the company until 2014. In 2014, they transitioned to Universal Atlantic Systems and worked as a RAVEN Support Technician and later as a Technical Services Specialist. Nadirah joined Major League Gaming in 2016 and worked as part of the Competitive Operations team until 2019. From 2020 onwards, Nadirah has been employed by Esports Engine, initially starting as a Competitive Operations team member and eventually progressing to roles such as Competitive Operations Coordinator and Senior Competition Operations Coordinator.

Nadirah B. completed a certificate in Fundamentals of Supervision and Management II from Delaware County Community College in 2017. In 2016, they also obtained a certificate in Fundamentals of Supervision and Management from the same institution. Prior to that, in 2015, Nadirah completed a certificate in Intermediate Networking from Delaware County Community College. In 2005 to 2006, they attended Lincoln Technical Institute, where they studied to become a PC Support Technician. Lastly, between 1998 and 2000, Nadirah attended Delaware State University, although their specific degree and field of study are unknown.
