Competition Operations Specialist (EMEA) at Esports Engine

Stacey Holbrook has a diverse and extensive background in the esports industry. Stacey began their career in 2016 as an Esports Operations Lead at AM2PRO, where they organized and executed large-scale tournaments for games such as Gears of War and Call of Duty. Stacey also played a crucial role in implementing esports technology for these events.

In 2017, Stacey joined EGL as an Esports Operations Official, where they continued to contribute to the successful execution of esports events. Stacey then moved on to similar roles at Gfinity PLC: Esports Solutions and Activision Blizzard, further expanding their expertise in esports operations.

In 2020, Stacey took on the position of European Esports Manager at EGL, where they managed projects from start to finish and oversaw the EGL.TV platform. Stacey also provided training and guidance to staff and volunteers and was responsible for creating tournaments.

Currently, Stacey is working at Esports Engine as a Competition Operations Specialist (EMEA). In this role, they support the end-to-end execution of competition projects, including pre-production and consulting. Stacey collaborates with event support staff, manages player communication channels, and assists with planning, research, rules review, and event recaps. Additionally, they serve as a subject matter expert in competition equipment and formats.
