Joerg Adami currently serves as the Co-Founder of the Esports Player Foundation, established in September 2019, with a mission to build a systematic, non-profit esports talent development organization that empowers talents to achieve their dreams and act as role models. Prior to this, Joerg held the role of VP Sports Affairs at ESL - Turtle Entertainment for a brief period in 2019, where collaboration with industry leaders played a vital role in the foundation's preparation. Previously, Joerg was a Member of the Executive Board at Deutsche Sporthilfe from July 2009 to March 2019 and has held several senior positions including Consultant in the private sector, Chief Marketing Officer at Julius Meinl Austria GmbH, Senior Executive Vice President at Deutsche Telekom AG, and International Marketing Manager at Japan Tobacco International between 2001 and 2006. Joerg Adami completed studies at Ruhr University Bochum from 1989 to 1994.
