Kyall Mai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation and marketing technology across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President & Chief Innovation Officer at Esquire Bank since October 2020, Kyall focuses on enhancing the marketing function and maximizing the value of implemented Martech/CRM/AI capabilities. Previously, Kyall held roles such as Director of Sales and Marketing (Interim) at Esquire Bank and Salesforce Program Manager in various contracts, including work with Deutsche Bank and British Airways, emphasizing the strategic use of CRM systems to boost sales and marketing efforts. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Law from UNSW, along with ongoing education at MIT Sloan School of Management.
