Karen Cespedes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in complex litigation and strategic partnerships, currently serving as the Director of Complex Litigation & Strategic Partnerships at Esquire Deposition Solutions, LLC since 2011. Cespedes has demonstrated expertise in managing high-stakes legal matters and driving sales growth, previously holding roles as a Complex Litigation Consultant and Sales Manager in Miami-Dade County. As a co-founder of LevelUp Miami, Cespedes has significantly contributed to youth development, public health, and educational initiatives in Liberty City. Cespedes has held notable positions with the U.S. Department of State, where outreach programs for human trafficking were developed, and with the City of Miami, where international business partnerships were facilitated. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Asian Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Florida International University, as well as an Associate of Arts from Florida State University.
