Rui Hua Chang

Rui Hua Chang is a seasoned professional in business management and investment, currently serving as Managing Director for Business Management and Investment at ESR Hong Kong since September 2019, along with responsibilities as Executive Director and Responsible Officer for ESR Hong Kong Asset Management Limited. Rui Hua Chang has also held key positions at CapitaLand from April 2013 to August 2019, including General Manager of Capital Markets & Corporate Finance, and served at CICC and DBS Bank in various roles within investment banking and equities capital markets. Rui Hua Chang began a career at S&P Global as an analyst in sovereign ratings. Academic credentials include an Accelerated Management Programme from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master's in Social Science from UCL, and a Bachelor of Social Science in Economics from the National University of Singapore.
