Carola Chard

Carola Chard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search and career consulting, currently serving as Principal and CEO at CMCC Executive Search and Career Consulting since March 2009. In addition to this role, Carola holds the positions of Hong Kong Chair and ESRAG East Asia Vice-Chair at the Environmental Sustainability Rotary Action Group since January 2022. Previous professional roles include Partner at HKES from November 1996 to December 2009, President of Rotary Kowloon Golden Mile in 2007-2008, Country Manager for Indonesia at Austal International/YOMA from 1994 to 1996, and Director of Sourcing Asia at Kitex from 1992 to 1994. Carola Chard obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Garment Technology from Hochschule Niederrhein between 1975 and 2008.
