Jonathan Wright has extensive experience in the field of scientific research, currently serving as Beamline Responsible and Beamline Operation Manager at ESRF - The European Synchrotron since January 2001, where responsibilities include assisting visiting scientists with experiments and ensuring the optimal operation of instruments. Previously, Jonathan was a Postdoctoral Researcher and Scientist, and earned a PhD in Powder Diffraction Studies of Frustrated Transition Metal Oxides from the University of Cambridge between 1997 and 2000. Additionally, Jonathan completed a Bachelor of Arts in Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge from 1994 to 1997 and briefly worked as a summer student at BP Chemicals in 1996.
