David Laruelle

David Laruelle possesses extensive experience in the GIS and local government sectors, currently serving as a Product/Program Manager for the Local Government sector at ESRI France since June 2005. Responsible for co-managing the arcOpole Program, David oversees a diverse range of activities including strategy, marketing, technical development, and internal training. Additionally, as the Program Manager for Firefighters, coordination of initiatives to expand the use of ArcGIS among Local Civil Security Agencies is a key focus. Earlier experience includes managing customer relationships and pre-sales efforts as a GIS Project Manager and driving sales for regional governments as an Account Manager at Geomap GIS. An educational background includes an MSc in Civil Engineering/Building from Centrale Lyon ENISE and an MSc in Geographic Information Systems from Université Jean Monnet Saint-Etienne.
