Renaud Michon

Renaud Michon serves as the Director of Customer Services at Esri France since April 2000, overseeing the Tech Support, Training, and customer service departments while integrating customer needs into the company’s strategy and culture. Prior to this, Renaud held various roles including Deputy Director of Technology, Head of the Training Department, and Trainer at Esri France, and worked as a Geographic Information System Cooperating Officer at the Institut Français de Pondichery from August 1998 to March 2000. Renaud holds a degree in Agronomy from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Agronomie, completed in 1998, specializing in Spatial Information Processing.
