Leonard Welthagen

Leonard Welthagen is a seasoned GIS Developer at ESRI South Africa since April 2011, focusing on the design and development of systems with complex mathematical algorithms utilizing the latest ArcGIS and Microsoft development tools. Prior to this role, Leonard served as a Technical Manager at DYSIS from March 2000 to March 2011 and began a career as a Programmer at Infoplan from 1991 to 2000. Leonard earned an Hons. B.Sc in Operations Research from the University of South Africa from 1993 to 1994 and a B.Sc in Maths and Applied Maths from North-West University between 1983 and 1986, along with completing matric at Hoërskool Generaal Hetzog from 1978 to 1982.
